2000 Yamaha V Star in Lancaster, PA

The bike has a clock, a temperature gauge, windshield, Viking saddle bags, electric deer whistle, dual air horn and has passed Pennsylvania inspection last month (September, 2014). The tires are good (front is Perelli Nightdragon and rear is Metzler). Scrapes and scratches add character to this classic, powerful bike. I call it a "hardly Davidson" since it looks so good and runs so well. Engine is powerful, clutch is good, brakes are good. This bike is ready to ride. I rode it a long ways today in the beautiful Fall weather we are having. I only had it up to 80 MPH but it has a lot more. It rides nice and seats two full sized people. It has a "sissy bar" on the back and passenger footpegs so you can carry a passenger in comfort. It gets 40 miles per gallon of regular gas around town and 50 on the highway. It has the original legal pipes and sounds nice but not too loud. Seat is large and comfortable for me. I am 6 ft tall. The "heel and toe" shifter is easy on your boots since you don't have to push up with your toe. Floorboards are comfortable and the bike always starts instantly even on the coldest mornings.
